"Aligning NSF Advanced Technology Education (ATE) Center Programs with the Workforce System" - A presentation that tells the story of Weld-Ed's effort to utilize Skill Panels in trying to gather forward data regarding the welding and materials joining industry. Presented at the 2008 NCATC and NCPN conferences.
